# 🔧 Troubleshooting

### My transaction is stuck or pending forever

Usually gas. In your wallet, speed up the transaction (increase gas) or cancel and retry. BNB Smart Chain congestion is rare but happens during hot launches.

### "Insufficient balance" but I have BNB

You need BNB for the trade **and** gas on top. Reduce the trade size slightly. If you're buying near a token's graduation, the accepted amount may also be capped (excess is refunded).

### I'm connected but see the wrong network

Use the network switcher prompt, or manually switch your wallet to BNB Smart Chain. If the app and wallet disagree, disconnect and reconnect.

### My trade went through but the balance doesn't show

The indexer typically catches up within seconds. Refresh the page; if a balance is still wrong after a minute, check the transaction on the block explorer — the chain is the source of truth.

### The fusion image failed to generate

Hit **Retry** on the image in the launch modal. Generation runs server-side and occasionally needs a second attempt.

### Something else?

Ping [@fyuzfun](https://x.com/fyuzfun) on X with your wallet address (never your seed phrase — no one legitimate will ever ask for it).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.fyuz.fun/help-center/troubleshooting.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
